Today’s recipe is a Chai Latte and it shall yield approximately 2 cups of this tasteful elixir!
You will need a blender and the ingredients below.
Ingredient List:
- 3/4 of a cup of raw cashew nuts (pre-soak overnight)
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of chai masala
- Optional: 3 pre-soaked Medjool dates to sweeten
Blend, strain and enjoy!

It's been soulful and challenging. I've resonated with the Pranic Lifestyle from the moment I heard of it. I was already eating raw for a while and then started testing with f(e)asting.
